Romeo and his family - originally from near Clifton on Union Island - have been feeding sailors, cruisers and island-hoppers on Petit Batteau beach for years. What started as a simple beach grill became a must-stop for anyone touring the Tobago Cays.

The formula hasn't changed: spiny lobster pulled from the reef, grilled over open flame with garlic-herb butter, heaped onto plates with coconut fried rice, sautéed vegetables or salad, fried plantains and garlic potatoes, grilled and served with our signature homemade garlic and herb sauce - all eaten with your toes in the sand as the sun goes down. Complimentary curried conch when in season. Finish with a delicious banana cake or mixed fruits for dessert.
